Pax’s protégées grew close, and soon, Verdona and Solumina found themselves in love. Their first kiss grew the first trees and lit the first fires, allowing for the creation of beasts and Sentients in Temera. The sun brings warmth to the creatures, and the Sentients spread the light wherever they go. They eventually wed, and the union between the two was so powerful that it stopped time. Temera was frozen in place, allowing for the Agarthan aberrations and fiends to find their way into the defenseless prime material plane. They traveled to the highest peak in Temera to atone to their queen, Pax, for breaking the world. Pax, being just, allowed them an opportunity to right their wrongs: help Temera by ridding it of a colony of beasts from beyond time. Upon discovering the colony was formed of formidable beasts known as tarrasques, Verdona knew they could not take on the colony with just the two of themselves. To assist in their trial, Solumina used her knowledge of fire to birth the first dragon, Grixis, the Gilded. After they defeated the titan monstrosities, Solumina saw Grixis and was inspired. She created his siblings, founding the Ten Divine Dragons. The two goddesses then returned to their mentor and Mistress, Pax, who gave the two her blessing, and the world was right again.
